CONDICTIONS
Accommodation
is calculated from 4.00 p.m. on Saturday to 10.00 a.m. of the
following Saturday and includes water, electricity and gas consumption.
Linen and bath towels are not provided. In each flat a small top-laudable
washing machine is available.
General daily cleaning and dishwashing is up to the guest, but
can be arranged with local cleaners (EURO 50,00 is required for
final cleaning).
Animals: (small size only) are admitted free of charge, but they
must remain leashed out-of-doors in the greenery or in an area
agreed in advance. The admittance of animals indoors is strongly
prohibited. Breaking this rule will result in expulsion from the
flat without returning the advanced payment.
Transfer to and from the port of Santa Marina Salina (not included)
can be made by taxi, public transport (stop 50 Mt away) or by
scooter/car on hire
A Deposit of EURO 200,00 per flat will be communicated when the
booking is made.

How
to arrive at Salina |
By
flight: From the Catania Airport to Milazzo, you can take
a bus and arrive there in about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
From Milazzo the SIREMAR and USTICA LINES sail to Eolian
Islands by hydrofoil making a stop at Salina Island.
By Train: From Messina to Palermo, all the “Trenitalia”
Trains make a stop in Milazzo By Car: 5 SIREMAR
o NGI ships sail from Milazzo. They take about 3 hours
and 30 minutes. A SIREMAR Ship sails from Naples and arrive
to Milazzo at 8.30 a.m. in the morning after a confortable
crossing in the night.
