RESIDENCE

The Residence. LA ROSA DEI VENTI (WINDROSE): situated between “Malta” and “Santa Marina Saline”, two built-up areas, is located at “Capo Faro” (Lighthouse Cape), an exclusively residential area. The Residence overlooks sloping terraces cultivated by the most well known local producers of Malvasia wine and has a breathtaking view of Stromboli and Panarea. It is composed of 4 two-roomed flats, rebuilt in 2004, each with its own independent entrance. The names of the flats are: Ponente, Maestrale, Tramontana and Grecale, (Westwind, Mistral, Northwind and Grecale) all different from each other and each with a special characteristic touch such as the outdoor, stone oven or the rain-water reservoir.
They all have a terrace roof with the typical Aeolian pergola supported by columns and with masonry seats coated with hand-painted ceramics. The flats are fully furnished: the kitchen is complete with cooking utensils, the living rooms is equipped with satellite TV and davenport. Double bed and bedrooms (some of which can hold 3 beds), all have ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes.
For guest with handicaps the “Maestrale” (Mistral) flat has been especially constructed to meet their requirements.The prices  are indicated in the table below (and differ on the leases of the rooms) and are considered per week, per flat irrespective of the number of guest (max 3+2).
